Kid's Yoga Yoga, changed for preschool kids, develops body awareness, language, good listening skills, cooperation and powers of observation. It teaches pre-school children about nature, their environment and inspires their imaginations. It prepares them for breathing techniques used in yoga. They learn by playing, singing, moving and imitating. This is an ideal time for children to begin a yoga practice.
Monkey - 18 months - 2 years old
Tiger - 3 years - 6 years old

Just Women A pumping, energy-filled class aimed to target increasing cardio fitness. Class is aimed to keep moving and working on endurance. Modifications will be given for the different levels in the class.

Gentle Fitness for Women 60+ Gentle fitness focus for women starting out in activity. Chair modifications available. Regular exercise is critical in keeping the body limber, injury free, and more youthful.

Fusion Class An eclectic cardio-based class with elements from a variety of aerobic activities. Yoga/Stretching elements at the end for you and baby.

10 min warm-up (with or without baby)
13 min cardio (with or without baby) segment
12 min intense cardio - baby is observing...this is to tire out you!
10 min yoga/stretching - poses with baby
5 min cool down
Length: 50 mins
Materials to bring: Mat, Water, Stroller, Snuggly (If your baby would like to bob around with you), blankets to put baby on during exercise, wipes.
All other usual accessories when leaving with your baby for an hour or two.:)
